The Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) was an association established at Rome in 1562 for the purpose of providing religious education. Today CCD is known as Faith Formation and refers to a religious education program of the Catholic Church, designed for children. Students who attend public school receive their religious education through our Faith Formation ministry, which consists of class sessions and preparation for the reception of the sacraments. The goal of Faith Formation ministry is to enable and encourage the students to learn more about their faith.
