EDGE Registration

PLEASE READ FIRST: This registration form is for middle schoolers who are attending EDGE in addition to their regular religious instruction (Archangel Gabriel School or Family Catechesis).  If your child does not attend AGS or Fam Cat and is therefore attending EDGE as their faith formation option for 2024-2025, then DO NOT complete this form.
